RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for being a loyal customer of Rapscallion Motorsports. We hope you are happy with your product. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item in accordance with the below policies.

Returns

Manufactured items in unopened packaging may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. Any manufactured item that was opened, tampered with, or otherwise altered from its original condition will not be eligible for return or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

Exchanges

Apparel may only be exchanged for a different size. Exchanged apparel must be unworn, unaltered, and in original, saleable condition with original tags. Apparel shall not be eligible for exchange if it has been washed or damaged in any way. All exchanges must be postmarked within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Return Process

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

All returns must have prior approval from Rapscallion Motorsports. To initiate a return, a request must be submitted to [email protected]. Rapscallion Motorsports will then issue an RMA number. Any items being returned without an RMA number will be deemed invalid and returned to the sender. Your RMA number must be included on the shipping label and returned to the following address:

Restrictions
Please note a restocking fee of 25% will be charged upon issuance of an RMA number for all valid returns.

All sales are final on discounted items, and will not be eligible for return.

Special ordered and custom items are noncancelable and not eligible for return.

Apparel may not be returned and is eligible for exchange only.

Race used or non-new items are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
